Please notify us in advance if you will be arriving after 8:00 p.m. so that we can arrange for your entry into the B&B.

Getting Around: There is a lot to see here!

To enjoy the views, and maximize your experience we generally recommend renting a vehicle as Anchorage and the surrounding areas are quite sprawling.

There is no bus service to our doorstep. You can expect to pay around $35 for a taxi ride between our location and the airport and the same amount between our location and downtown Anchorage.

As a courtesy to other guests we no longer rent to dogs or cats. All rooms and indoor facilities are non-smoking.

Rates are base rates, a 12% Municipality of Anchorage Bed Tax applies to the rental and will be added to the bill. Rates are based upon double occupancy, additional guests will be charged a base rate of $20 per person.

- Reservations: Reservations are secured with a valid credit card, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
- Deposit: A first nights rental fee is charged upon reservation and serves as a deposit.
- Cancellation of single night stay: For cancellations with 14 days notice or more, the deposit will be refunded in full. The deposit is non-refundable for no-shows and on any single-night stay cancelled with less than 14 days notice.
- Cancellations involving multiple night stays are calculated as follows: With 14 or more nights notice of cancellation 50% of the deposit (including tax) will be refunded. With less than 14 nights notice of cancellation 50% of the total rental cost will be charged. (For Example: A 6-night stay with less than 14 nights notice of cancellation is charged for 3 nights including applicable room tax.)
